What Happens Before a Custom Playground Leaves the Factory?

At the factory, a large playground does not arrive as one finished piece. It starts as frames, platforms, slides, pipes, nets and hundreds of smaller parts.
For custom playground equipment, we assemble the main structure before it is packed for delivery. It is a practical check: the drawing may be correct, but the real parts still need to connect properly.
First, the main frames and columns are placed in position. Then come the platforms, walkways and climbing sections. Slides, rope nets and other play components are fitted afterwards, when the overall structure is already in place.
This gives the team a chance to check a few things that are easy to miss on paper:
Do the platforms and walkways meet at the right points?
Do curved pipes and connecting parts line up properly?
Can each section be installed in a clear order?
Are the parts labelled clearly before packing?
Once the trial assembly is complete, the equipment is dismantled by section and prepared for shipment. Clear labels and installation references are especially helpful for large outdoor playground equipment with several connected play areas.
